Listen to Ray Tatar and Skye Dickenson!

Ray Tatar has been the Artistic Director of California Stage for thirteen years, taking the reins from Dennis Wilkerson. He has produced nearly 100 shows at California Stage since 1999. Previously, he had directed plays off and on in Sacramento since 1982 while he worked at the State Arts Council. He was the founding Executive Director of the Los Angeles Theatre Alliance, Founder of Sacramento Area Regional Theater Alliance. Ray also taught acting at Richmond and Twickenham Colleges in London England and Dramatic Criticism at UCLA Extension.

Skye Dickenson is a writer, artist, and teacher. He graduated from UC Davis in 2002 with a B.A. in English with an emphasis in Creative Writing. He taught in the public school system in Sacramento for nine years before committing himself to writing and art full-time in 2011. He has published over 1,000 articles online in the past two years for dozens of websites and magazines all over the globe, covering primarily sports and travel. He has also published a children’s book, “Ready, Set, Alphabet”, comprised of 52 original watercolors and poems, which made it to #4 on Amazon’s new releases in last week of April. His second children’s book will hit online shelves the second week in July.
