BLAKE COOPER

Blake Cooper is the Outreach and Marketing Coordinator for the UC Davis Education Abroad Center, helping students navigate their way through their living, traveling, and studying abroad experience. He has worked in higher education for over eight years in writing and editing, marketing, academic web services, digital content management, and advancement & alumni relation. He is also the creator of the social network ThinkingTen, which encourages creative thought and improvement of writing skills. Members hone their writing, practice, preparation, and editing skills by writing for ten minutes a day, based on daily prompts provided by Blake’s website. This online writing community has resulted in the publication, ThinkingTen – A Writer’s Playground, a gathering of flash-fiction stories written by the talented and committed group of writers from all over the world who participate in ThinkingTen.
